Prices are in leva per unit and include breakfast, unlimited access to Oak Residence Relax (fitness, swimming pool, sauna, steam room), free access to wifi, parking plus 9% VAT (value added tax). There is no charge for children up to 6 years old.
A 50% deposit of the amount due is required within 3 days from the confirmation of your reservation. The final payment will be processed at check in.
